Penne Noodles (al dente)

Prosciutto

Heavy Cream

Marinara Sauce

Chicken Stock

Parmesan Cheese
Parsley

Red Pepper

Basil

Olive Oil

Salt and Pepper

Vodka

Start with all cold ingredients

Saute the prosciutto in olive oil until crispy

 

add mushrooms saute for 3 minutes

 

add garlic saute 2 minutes

 

put cold penne pasta in and sprinkle salt, pepper and crushed red pepper

 

add vodka (2 oz) and then light to burn out the alcohol

 

add marinara sauce (4 oz) and heavy cream (2oz), thin with chicken stock if necessary

 

finish with fresh parsley and basil and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese

 

It is delish!
